Can I access the game during my order?

When does delivery begin?

After payment is confirmed and the account is ready. Vodafone Cash orders remain unpaid until the store owner or order manager confirms receipt. Creating an order or contacting support does not start fulfilment.

Are cancellations or refunds available?

No discretionary refunds are offered after fulfilment starts or delivery. Request cancellation through support before fulfilment starts; it is accepted if the order can be stopped, with any actual, documented costs permitted by law explained before cancellation is confirmed. We do not offer discretionary refunds once fulfilment has started or coins have been delivered. You may request cancellation through support before fulfilment starts. Approval depends on whether the order can actually be stopped and on mandatory rights under applicable law.

01 / Requesting cancellation

Contact us first

Request cancellation through live support on this website and provide your order number and the contact email used at checkout. Do not send passwords, EA backup codes or card details in the conversation.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee that fulfilment will stop. Our team reviews the order status and confirms the outcome.

02 / Before fulfilment starts

Cancellation when the order can be stopped

If fulfilment has not started and cancellation is possible, we cancel the order and refund the amount paid, less any actual, documented cancellation costs permitted by law, if applicable. Fulfilment starts when our team begins transferring coins to your account; creating an order or recording payment alone does not count as starting fulfilment.

03 / Refund amount

Costs explained before cancellation is confirmed

Deductible costs may include non-refundable payment or refund processing fees or an actual currency conversion loss related to the transaction, only to the extent permitted by law. We do not impose a fixed percentage or an estimated penalty.

Before confirming cancellation, we explain the amount paid, the documented cost, its percentage of the amount paid and the net refund. Deductions cannot exceed the actual cost or the applicable legal limit, whichever is lower. If there are no permitted costs, the full amount is refunded.

Refunds are returned through the original payment method where available. We confirm when the refund is processed and explain the expected timeframe. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or bank, subject to any legally required deadline.

Orders in progress and delivered coins

Once fulfilment has started or coins have been delivered, we do not accept discretionary cancellations or refunds for a change of mind. If you experience a delivery issue, contact us so we can investigate and resolve it.

Your statutory rights are preserved

This policy does not exclude or restrict mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law, including rights relating to non-delivery, defects or a service that does not match its description. Where there is a conflict, the law applies, and no fees are deducted where prohibited by law.

How to Sell FC 27 Coins and Receive Your Payout
